As a Gemini, all Emily knows about astrology is that everybody hates her. In this episode, Emily attempts to teach herself astrology basics, from why astrology has captured the hearts of so many to whatever the hell a big three is. Three Swifties and a Man Talk About Barbie

In this episode (of questionable audio quality), Emily is joined by three of her besties to discuss an odd assortment of topics. From singing karaoke to save your life to the Duolingo bird’s recent appearance on Cornelia Street, this episode is a bit more chaotic than most. On a very slightly more serious note, the group also discusses plot predictions for the upcoming Barbie movie and the atrocity that we have dubbed the UConn housing hunger games.

More specifically, she rants about the emergence of rich people satire and why they’re simultaneously amazing and terrible. Should we eat the rich, let them destroy themselves, or just look away?

Emily tries to break down the interesting and slightly problematic history of the Hallmark channel before discussing the tropes that are featured again and again and again……Could these films ever be considered feminist? Should we give them a chance?
